Recently, the course celebrated Christmas in July in the Blue Mountains at the home of Air Commodore Frank Burtt (retired) and his wife Ann with a traditional Christmas Dinner of turkey, roast pork and ham with all the trimmings. Centrepiece of the meal was an ice sculptured Christmas Tree provided by the daughter of Dr Ron Roberts and his wife Kay, who flew up from Tasmania for the gathering. The group was joined by Bruce Hart, a graduate of CISC 2006 and his wife Rosemary, who live next door to the Burtts.
